Remedial / Sports / Deep Tissue Massage
Unlock your body’s full potential with a tailored treatment combining techniques from remedial, sports, and deep tissue massage to relieve pain, enhance recovery and improve performance.
The session may include:
- Myofascial release
- Trigger point therapy
- Muscle energy techniques
- Optional extras at no added cost: myofascial cupping, IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation), hot stone therapy, kinesiology taping or dry needling.
You can also customise your massage by selecting your preferred pressure, choosing full-body or targeted focus areas. Special preferences such as music, lighting or a quiet session are always happily accommodated.
Price List
- 45 minutes: $75
- 60 minutes: $100
- 90 minutes: $140
- 2 hours: $180
